About us

Our Company

We are RusAdventure LLC (DMC), a Moscow based travel agency. Having started in 2001 with the overall staff of 4 people as an outsourcing company for a big Russian corporation, we have since then developed into a quite large and ambitious agency with the staff of over 150 in four departments. Thanks to our close link with the mother corporation we have resources much ampler than a normal Moscow adventure travel agency would have. Just one example: in Elbrus Area (Mt. Elbrus is the highest peak of Europe, one of the Seven Summits), where we are an operator, we own a chain of three fine hotels of European standards, 3 and 4 stars. In fact, these are the only ones there that can be called "hotels".

Our interest is in selling adventure, soft adventure, culture and ethnic trips to Russia, the country that has a great though yet underestimated potential for this. Central Asia is on the offer list too.

Concerning our relations with local Russian operators, we do not just buy packages from then and resell to foreign partners: we work on our adventure (and any other) programmes together, adjust and change them, invest in them, control the service and guarantee world-class quality and safety.

Our Inbound Dept has now constant partners: Berg Adventures International (Canada), Adventure Consultants (New Zealand), World Expedition (Australia), Dutch Royal Alpine Club (Holland), Himalayan Trekking (Holland) and other companies in France, Slovenia and Switzerland. Some of them have changed for us their former partners and are quite happy now (very easy to check!)

We are a regular exhibitor or visitor to many important travel exhibition: WTM in London, ILTM in Cannes, ITB in Berlin, not to mention Adventure in Travel Expo in New York and San Francisco in 2004 and 2005. And last but not least: we have a lot of good reference letters from our clients available on demand.
